Reduced Pressure Zone Backflow Preventer Assembly

This backflow prevention assembly consists of a lead free bronze body and strainer, NPT end connections, quarter turn ball valve shut-offs with tee handles, top mounted test cocks, two in-line independent check valves, captured springs, and replaceable check seats with an internal relief valve for reduced space requirements. It also contains an integrated flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert technology to detect excessive water discharges from the relief valve. When activated through an add-on sensor connection kit, the flood sensor can send an alert to notify the user of potential flooding. It is ideal for protection in continuous pressure piping applications and at cross-connections identified as health hazards and for contaminants at the service line entrance.
