Pressure Switches for Pumps

Pressure switches are automated switches that control starting and stopping operation of pumps. They are often used with water pressure tanks and paired with a submersible or jet pump. When water pressure drops, the switch senses the pressure decrease and contacts make the switch close. The pump turns on and sends water into the tank until the programmed pressure level is reached. Most switches are diaphragm-actuated, but some have manual operation if you want to trigger it by hand.
