Installation Instructions:

1. Prepare the Reels

   1. Make sure you have two Titan full-frame reels of the same diameter.

   2. Remove hoses for easier handling if they are already in use. You can skip this step if you are using brand-new reels that are not yet equipped with hoses.
2. Attach the Stacking Frames to the Lower Reel
   1. Position the two stainless-steel frames on top of the lower reel and align the holes for the bolts.
   2. Insert the supplied bolts and install the washers and lock nuts.
   3. Tighten lightly for now, as you may need to adjust things later.
3. Mount the Upper Reel
   1. Set the second reel on top of the stacking frames. Align the mounting holes and install the remaining bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
4. Align and Tighten
   1. Confirm both reels are level and aligned. Once you are happy, fully tighten all bolts. You may want to apply thread locker to the bolts to prevent them from loosening due to vibration.
5. Add or Reinstall Hoses
   1. Install or add hoses back to each reel and verify they pull smoothly without interference.

• Only stack reels of the same size.
• Ensure the mounting surface supports the combined reel weight.
• Periodically check the bolts for loosening.
