Chemical Injection Fitting - For 3/8" Tubing

The Blue-White C-395N-6A fitting is installed at the injection point of the tubing for soap and other chemical discharge lines. This device prevents backflow from a treated line and helps distribute solutions evenly. This polypropylene fitting is installed directly into either 1/4" or 1/2" female pipe threads (NPT). The barb fitting is designed for 3/8" tubing.

• 6 PSI internal spring (crack pressure)
• Polypropylene body material
• For 3/8" (.37") tubing
• 1/4" and 1/2" Male NPT pipe installation
• The nose section is designed to inject the chemical away from the wall of your pipe 

INSTALLATION OPTIONS:

Directly into a pipe:

• Drill the correct size hole and then tap the hole for 1/4" or 1/2" NPT.
• Use PTFE¨ thread sealing tape on the pipe threads of the injection fitting.
• This illustration shows the injection fitting installed directly into pipe using the 1/4" threads.

Directly into a tee fitting:

• The solution must inject directly into the flow stream.
  
• Use PTFE thread sealing tape on the pipe threads of the injection fitting.
