3/8" White Strainer Clear Nylon Bowl - 50 Mesh

The SMC 5586290 is an inline strainer with a 50 mesh screen from the LPN series strainers. Removes solids and particulates from water to maintaining clean, safe water in car wash and manufacturing fluid lines. Clear bowl allows operators to view the mesh screen enabling them to determine when the screen needs cleaned. Designed so you can clean the screen without removing the strainer from your fluid line. Strainer is made with a white nylon cap and clear nylon bowl. Connections measure 3/8" NPT x 3/8" NPT.

I installed these on all the inlets of my solenoid manifolds to protect them from debris. I have had to occasionally re-tighten the bowls on a few of them after they developed small drip leaks which is the only problem I have encountered and was easy to resolve.
